Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Quality Technician for our client in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is an opportunity to join a top-tier medical device company and play a vital role in ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Location: Aliso Viejo, CA
- Pay: $25/hr – $30/hr Overtime Opportunities
- Shifts Available: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility)

What You’ll Do:
- Inspect incoming materials and finished goods using dimensional and mechanical methods
- Support engineers with product testing, validations, and quality system documentation
- Maintain calibration records and assist with qualification testing (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Follow internal and regulatory quality standards (FDA, ISO 13485, CMDR)
- Train and support QC inspectors while promoting cross-functional collaboration
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in the medical device industry
- Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, microscopes, scales, rulers)
- Ability to read test procedures and use MS Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
