Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Quality Technician for our client in Northeast Cleveland, OH. This is an opportunity to join a trusted manufacturer of high-performance protective equipment with a strong commitment to product quality and innovation.
- Location: Northeast Cleveland, OH
- Pay: $19 – $26/hr Quarterly Bonuses
- Shifts Available:
- Permanent Schedule: 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
- Training Period: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, ~2 months)

What You’ll Do:
- Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and final products
- Conduct routine lab tests and product audits on the production floor
- Report and assist in resolving product nonconformances and support corrective actions
- Maintain measurement tools and perform tests according to quality procedures
- Communicate findings clearly and support continuous quality improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in manufacturing, quality control, or product inspection
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with gage maintenance and measurement techniques
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
