Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for our client in Tustin, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a premier residential property management company focused on delivering an exceptional living experience.
Location: Tustin, CA
Pay: $21/hour
Shifts Available: [Day/Night/Weekend shifts]

What You’ll Do:
- Promote a positive and proactive resident experience
- Resolve resident concerns promptly and effectively
- Assist with resident move-in and move-out processes
- Perform retention outreach calls and manage lease renewals
- Maintain accurate resident data in OneSite software
- Support financial goals by securing renewals and promoting transfers
- Process applications, leases, and related documentation
- Conduct property inspections to uphold community standards
- Monitor and respond to NPS and Yelp feedback
- Submit final account statements and manage the eviction process
- Participate in leasing duties as needed, including tours and resident engagement
- Rotate responsibilities on larger communities and help train new hires
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a customer service environment preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
- Reliable and punctual attendance is required
