We are looking for a Robotics Field Operations Associate for a company specializing in commercial robot deliveries and product development.
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end commercial deliveries using Serve robots.
- Deploy, operate, and retrieve robots in the field while addressing operational challenges.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of robots.
- Ensure a clean and safe workspace for seamless operations.
- Assist in process development to improve robot safety and efficiency.
- Support product development and quality assurance by providing feedback on tools, features, and performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for merchants, customers, and stakeholders during operations.
- Prioritize tasks and execute test plans to enhance service performance.
- Provide additional operational support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with a solution-driven mindset.
- Availability to work shifts across 7 days, including day and night schedules.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, or biking several miles per day.
- Comfortable riding a bicycle in an urban setting.
- Ability to drive U-Haul-sized vehicles with a valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Full-time role with flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings.
- Field-based work requiring mobility and hands-on problem-solving.
