Pay: $50-$55 per hour
Shifts Available: Full-time, onsite position

What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of employee relations topics including performance, investigations, terminations, and structural changes.
- Lead thorough investigations and recommend appropriate solutions to workplace concerns.
- Maintain accurate employee and organizational data in the HRIS platform.
- Support policy compliance and help develop and improve HR guidelines.
- Coordinate and document involuntary terminations and exit processes.
- Analyze employee relations metrics and exit data to inform future strategy.
- Design and deliver training related to workplace behavior, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Serve as a backup for escalated HR inquiries, ensuring swift and empathetic resolutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5–8 years of hands-on employee relations experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle confidential issues with discretion and integrity.
- Experience with HRIS systems; Workday proficiency is a plus.
