We are seeking a Senior Family Law Associate or Family Law Partner/Of Counsel for a well-established law firm specializing in family law. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of 30-40 family law cases and have strong trial experience, particularly in divorce trials. This is a Full-Time, Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) role.
Position Requirements
Senior Family Law Associate (7 years experience)
- Extensive trial experience, including handling divorce trials
- Ability to manage a caseload of 30-40 family law cases
- Hybrid work schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
Family Law Partner / Of Counsel (10 years experience)
- Proven trial experience, including handling divorce trials
- Ability to manage a caseload of 30-40 family law cases
- Hybrid work schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary (prorated for Of Counsel roles)
- Discretionary year-end bonus
- Profit sharing (3-4% of salary after one year)
