Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Service Technician for our client in Beaverton, OR. This is an opportunity to be part of the team behind one of the West Coast’s most respected residential property groups. As a well-established 600 (plus) unit community in Beaverton, OR our client is seeking a Service Technician II who takes pride in creating safe, polished, and welcoming spaces for residents.
Location: Beaverton, OR
Pay: $28.17 per hour
Shifts Available: Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
As a Service Technician II, you’ll be a key player in creating a great living experience for residents. Your work will directly impact the community’s overall condition, safety, and appeal—from turning units for new residents to resolving maintenance issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Diagnose and perform maintenance on appliances, electrical systems, HVAC (if certified), plumbing, pools, and safety equipment
- Prepare vacant units to meet move-in readiness standards
- Conduct routine fire and safety inspections, including annual unit reviews
- Respond to maintenance requests with a resident-first attitude
- Maintain accurate records through a mobile work order system
- Ensure the community grounds are clean and free of hazards
- Manage inventory of tools and supplies
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in residential property maintenance
- Skills in plumbing, painting, appliance repair, HVAC, and general facilities work
- Willingness to participate in on-call coverage
