What You’ll Do:
- Operate sewing machines and perform process steps as instructed
- Thread needles, change bobbins, and adjust attachments as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
- Provide process and equipment feedback to supervisors
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic sewing machine operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and meet daily output goals
- Dependable attendance, including overtime when required
- Willingness to support additional tasks that improve operations
