Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Retail Products for our client in Meridian, ID. This is an opportunity to work with a company specializing in advanced technology solutions.

Salary: $70,000-$75,000 annually

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver hardware and software solutions aligned with Client S3 strategy, researching and integrating new components as needed.
- Support RFI/RFP responses, client relationships, software testing, and key customer deployments.
- Conduct technical workshops, document business and technical requirements, and assist with solution architecture.
- Manage demo hardware, provide technical support for trade shows, and serve as a client escalation contact.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or 5 years of relevant experience; 8 years in Pre-Sales, Business Consulting, or Solutions Engineering.
- Expertise in network security, firewall features, and troubleshooting IT solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze complex problems, and develop solutions.
- Experience conducting user training and working cross-functionally in technical environments.
- Retail industry experience required; self-checkout experience preferred.
Travel Requirements
- Must be willing to travel for at least one trade show per year and provide customer support across the U.S. and Canada as needed. Occasional international travel may be required.
- A valid passport and driver's license must be maintained at all times.
