What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr CyberArk & (IAM) Engineer position at Eastridge?

We are looking for a Senior CyberArk and IAM Engineer for a global leader in providing critical products and services that enable scientific discovery, advanced manufacturing, and next-generation technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain CyberArk PAM solutions, including Enterprise Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager, and Central Policy Manager.
- Develop and enforce privileged access policies aligned with security best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and cloud environments.
- Automate PAM and IAM processes using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Support and enhance IAM systems, including user provisioning, access controls, and security configurations.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to drive IAM strategy, compliance, and governance.
Experience & Skills:
- 5 years of CyberArk PAM experience, including implementation and policy management.
- 10 years of IAM and security experience, with expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, and MFA.
- Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with security compliance frameworks such as NIST, SOX, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS is a plus.
- Certifications such as CyberArk Defender, Sentry, CISSP, Microsoft, AWS, or Azure are preferred.
Additional Details:
- Location: Remote (must work in Eastern Time Zone, PA-based).
- Employment Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
