Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative for a sports apparel and equipment company.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and meet sales objectives in the assigned Southern California territory.
- Conduct lead generation, outbound calling, and upselling to current and prospective customers.
- Travel up to 50% within the territory to meet with prospects and customers.
- Attend tradeshows and events to build new business pipeline.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Keep accurate records and customer information in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and internal teams to ensure seamless order execution.
- Provide customer feedback on products, services, and programs.
- Participate in company sales meetings.
Qualifications
- Must reside in Southern California.
- Experience selling to teams, leagues, and organizations preferred.
- Highly proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience preferred.
