Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are looking for a Training Logistics & Support Coordinator for a training and development company in Alameda, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Training Room Setup & Logistics: Prepare training rooms for in-person sessions, ensuring all materials, technology, and seating configurations are properly arranged.
- Participant Engagement & Greeting: Welcome participants, assist with check-in and onboarding, and provide guidance to enhance the training experience.
- Attendance Tracking & Database Management: Record and update attendance in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Material Preparation & Shipping: Print, assemble, and ship training materials (workbooks, manuals, name tags) to various training locations in a timely manner.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Track and manage training materials, office supplies, technology equipment, and CPI Workbooks at all regional training locations.
- Purchasing & Catering Coordination: Order food and beverages for 25 live training events each month, managing vendor relationships and staying within budget.
- Virtual Course Production & Support: Assist in setting up, troubleshooting, and producing virtual training sessions, ensuring smooth technical execution.
- Inbox & Communication Management: Oversee the training department inbox, responding to inquiries from trainers, facilitators, and participants in a professional and timely manner.
- Trainer & SME Support: Provide logistical and administrative assistance to 6 trainers and over 100 SME facilitators, ensuring they have the necessary resources for seamless training delivery.
- General Administrative & Event Support: Assist with post-training evaluations to improve future training sessions.
