Treasury Management Manager

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Treasury Management Specialist for a commercial bank to provide client support and manage Treasury Management products and services.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Treasury Management Manager, this role is responsible for assisting clients with Online Banking, ACH, Debit Cards, Electronic Wire Originations, Lockbox, Mobile Check Deposits, Bill Pay, Cash Vault Services, Merchant Services, and Credit Cards. The Treasury Management Specialist will handle client support calls, issue resolution, and product implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Treasury Management products and services, including online banking, ACH, wire transfers, lockbox, bill pay, and merchant services.
• Handle client inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Treasury Management services.
• Implement and manage Treasury Management services for new and existing clients.
• Serve as a liaison between frontline staff, clients, and Central Processing Support for cash vault services.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and refer clients to the sales team for relationship expansion.
• Participate in product development and implementation to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor ACH Originations for Third-Party Relationships, reporting fluctuations to Account Officers for enhanced due diligence.
• Manage debit card orders and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of banking experience, preferably in Treasury Management or bank operations.
• Strong understanding of bank core processing software and Treasury Management products.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of financial institution policies and procedures.
• Strong confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
