Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Trust and Estate Paralegal for our client in San Diego, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a large, international law firm known for its expertise in estate and trust administration.
- Location: San Diego, CA
- Pay: $80,000–$110,000/year
- Shifts Available: (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary liaison for trustees and executors throughout estate administration
- Prepare trust and estate administration documents for attorney review
- Manage case dockets, ensuring deadlines are met and tracked
- Assist in preparing estate and gift tax returns
- Coordinate with CPAs, financial advisors, and other professionals
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience as a Trusts & Estates paralegal
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in legal software and case management tools
- ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate required
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to estate administration
