Eastridge and a leading global medical device company is seeking a Veeva Vault Administrator to support and enhance its Veeva Vault Platform. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams across domestic and international locations to ensure seamless platform performance, compliance, and innovation.
Position Overview
The Veeva Vault Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the Veeva Vault Platform in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role will also oversee managed services, support system implementation, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily administration of Veeva Vault per approved procedures.
- Oversee application configuration to meet business requirements and company standards.
- Manage the implementation and delivery of Veeva applications with a focus on regulated functions.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and implementation timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop system and user requirements while ensuring documentation of configuration and design specifications.
- Lead system operations including access control, permissions, change management, and reporting.
- Analyze enhancement requests to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and support automation.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with change control processes.
- Support clinical system data integrity, audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Provide reports and dashboards based on project and study team needs.
- Stay current on Veeva Vault updates, patches, and enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with Veeva Vault administration, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of change management and system validation.
- Ability to define and document business and technical requirements.
- Experience working in a regulated environment (GMP, FDA, ISO 13485).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
