Leading Pet supply Company is looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in a small but growing production facility. This role ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside their team to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and actively participate in daily warehouse operations, including packing, shipping, and receiving
- Oversee assembly line processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and quality control
- Provide hands-on support to the team—this is not a desk or computer-based role
- Ensure all outgoing shipments meet company standards for quality and timeliness
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with inventory management and receiving inbound shipments
- Work closely with the team to meet daily production goals and improve workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years of experience in a warehouse, assembly, or production lead role
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and isn’t afraid to jump in where needed
- Strong attention to detail, urgency, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
