Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for our client in San Bernardino, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a company that specializes in distributing a wide range of fresh, specialty products.
Location: San Bernardino, CA
Pay: $80,000-$95,000 yearly
Schedule: Monday-Saturday operations, flexibility required during training and transitions.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping & receiving efficiency.
- Manage perishables, ensuring quality control and proper temperature storage.
- Lead and train a team of 10-15 employees and drive recruitment efforts.
- Implement warehouse systems, improve equipment, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Enhance safety measures, manage fleet and certifications, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-10 years in warehouse management, specifically in perishable goods or produce distribution.
- Expertise in inventory control, shipping & receiving, and quality control.
- Bilingual in Spanish (Required).
- Experience with warehouse management software (Famous preferred, transitioning to Falco) and cold storage operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience managing labor efficiency and cost control.
