We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in logistics and SQL experience and play a crucial role in optimizing our warehouse operations. They will also be a key member of the implementation team for WMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong SQL skills preferably Postgre SQL
- Gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and new implementations
- Configure the WMS to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain reports using WMS and Power BI
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations
- Provide training and support to end-users
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a WMS Analyst
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting system requirements
- Solid skills in report creation and data analysis
- Familiarity with Power BI for reporting purposes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and 3PL operations
- Advanced experience with Power BI for creating complex reports and dashboards
- Understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
- Experience with integrating WMS with other business systems (e.g., ERP, TMS)
