What You’ll Do:
- Represent clients in workers' compensation defense matters, including depositions, hearings, and trials
- Provide strategic legal counsel and guidance on claims and litigation
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality representation
- Collaborate with legal assistants and team members for efficient case management
What We’re Looking For:
- Active California Bar License in good standing
- 1-2 years of workers' compensation defense experience preferred
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while fostering team collaboration
