EastRise Credit Union is hiring for a HR Program Development Manager! The HR Program Development Manager leads the design and implementation of innovative HR programs that foster a high-performance culture within our organization. This position will collaborate with our internal partnerships to identify and create programs that align with our strategic goals to support team members’ growth and development. This position analyzes data and feedback to meet the evolving needs of our workforce within the organization. This position is responsible as the direct manager for our trainers

- Manages and leads the design, development and implementation of tailored programs to meet the needs of the organization goals and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in current programs offered.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design training and development initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs through metrics and feedback.
- Assists with the provision of expert facilitation and coaching to managers and team members.
- Manage the trainers by providing coaching, counsel, support, development, and timely feedback on performance.
- Five years to eight years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience. Five years to eight years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration
- Excellent communicator, people-person, analytical, and have problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR software, and excellent time-management skills will also be beneficial.
Salary : $91,773 - $101,970
