EastRise Credit Union is hiring for a Digital Banking Analyst to support our digital banking services. This team member will focus on the development, implementation, and optimization of our digital banking initiatives regarding our digital platform. Collaborates with business units to enhance the digital banking experience for EastRise members.
- The Digital Banking Analyst will support users and / or vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues with applications and complete work requests to support the users. Provides on-going support toward monitoring digital banking platforms and processes to ensure optimal performance and usability.
- Test, and debug new enhancements or system updates received from software vendors or in accordance with standard operating procedures and practices to ensure proper utilization before implementation of the production system. Performs in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems. Helps design, test and implement solutions for end-to-end integrated systems.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to promote digital banking initiatives, support successful completion of digital banking projects and increase customer adoption and engagement.
- Analyzes customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for enhancing digital banking products and services.
- Interprets digital banking data, analyzes results, and provides ongoing reports to stakeholders.
- Develops and maintains key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital banking initiatives.
- Help create, maintain, and provide documentation on process and applications that are supported. Helps keep procedures current and recommends changes to management. Assist with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning and testing.
- Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to understand business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues. Interacts with the Technology department on the analysis and testing of all new system enhancements and productivity tools. Aid in establishing work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Assist in the development of project plans and provides support to management in the tracking and reporting of various customer service projects.
- Cross train with other team members for back-up purposes. Attend training as needed and required.
- Conducts market research on emerging digital banking trends, technologies, and competitors providing recommendations to continually enhance the user experience of EastRise’s digital banking platforms.
