Position Overview :
The primary responsibility of the Member Concierge is to ensure that transactions are conducted in a professional, efficient, and accurate manner to ensure member satisfaction. Provides efficient, accurate, and polite service to members and follows policies and procedures while conducting transactions such as deposits and withdrawals. Establishes and maintains effective member relationships by anticipating member needs and providing service that is above the members expectations. Model behavior of engaging and referring members when a need is uncovered that the Credit Union has the capacity to solution. Be able to identify a members’ financial need and communication personalized and appropriate solutions to fill those needs.
