We are seeking an experienced Member Service Associate to join our dynamic team at the Harvest Lane branch in Williston. The ideal candidates would have previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, a desire to help members, and a knack for problem solving. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our members' financial journeys while working in a supportive and engaging environment.
As a Member Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, offering efficient, friendly, and personalized service. Your primary focus will be engaging in discovery conversations with members to understand their unique financial needs, provide thoughtful solutions, and build lasting, trusting relationships. You’ll be part of a team that values empathy, proactive problem-solving, and a genuine desire to help others succeed financially.
Hours :
- Monday - Friday : 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, with rotational Saturdays : 9 : 00 am - 1 : 00 pm
