- Create a welcoming environment— Set the tone for a positive patient experience by keeping the lobby clean, organized, and inviting.
- Support the team— Be a team player by stepping in where needed, whether that’s assisting with administrative tasks, helping a colleague problem-solve, or ensuring that daily operations run efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with providers and staff to deliver the best possible patient care, fostering a supportive and uplifting work environment.
The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and may be adjusted based on business needs.
