Eastside Center For Family is located in North Bellevue across from the Hidden Valley playfields among a beautiful tree line and walking path that serves as a useful place for walking sessions. We are a boutique clinic specializing in a family systems approach to addiction and mental health therapy for professionals including first responders and their families. A high value is placed on self-care such as with yoga, exercise, meditation, eating healthfully to aid in bringing about a recovery oriented attitude to the milieu.
We seek open minded and flexible individuals who want to have a voice in the development of clinic offerings while providing best practices counseling approaches. We pride ourselves on being a learning environment for associate therapists who seek to explore different approaches and develop their style.
Additionally, we provide counseling to first responders and seek clinicians interested and/or qualified to work with this unique population providing trauma informed services to those who protect our community and their families. EMDR training is highly sought and tuition assistance is provided to those seeking training.

Job Requirements
- Can do attitude! Creativity, drive, organizational and time management skills are a must
- LMHC or LMFT credential (depending upon your position)
- Masters degree in the behavioral sciences
- Articulate and self-aware verbal and written skills
- Participate in providing in–house cultural competency training
- Participate in monthly supervision and consultation with other clinicians
