As a Unit Helper, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop essential skills in providing care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities :
- Engage in professional training to gain knowledge of healthcare protocols and procedures
- Assist nursing staff in providing daily care to residents
- Support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and grooming

Rate of Pay : Starting from USD $15.75 / Hr. - :
Qualifications of a Nursing Assistant Trainee include :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Passion for healthcare and a desire to learn and grow in a Long-Term Care setting
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
