Who We Are Looking For:
Our practice is expanding and we are currently looking for a dedicated, talented individual to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator. This position is part-time, Monday through Friday from 2:00 to 6:00 PM.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a mental health setting preferred
- Prior experience providing high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment, handling confidential data with discretion and abiding by HIPAA regulations
- Well-spoken with excellent customer service skills
- Strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
- Proficient in Google Suite products, Slack and exposure to other project management software.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
- Displays a "patient first" mentality
- Willingness to be coached and is a lifelong learner
- Punctuality and professionalism
- Exemplifies strong work ethic and operates with the highest level of integrity in and outside of the office and clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate seamless care delivery for patients in a mental health setting
- Answering incoming phone calls and other general administrative duties
- Assist in the intake process for new clients
- Be the point of contact for client questions and concerns
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy regarding details
- Assisting clinicians with patient care as needed
- Greet patients and visitors and maintain an organized work area
- Personal ownership of the clinic in regards to appearance, ordering supplies, and cleanliness
- Opening and closing the office with daily checklists.
- Attend and participate in team huddles, staff meetings, and ongoing training
- Proficient in use of the EMR and/or a willingness to develop proficiency
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Computer proficiency (GSuite, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Slack, and Google Slides)
- Knowledge or willingness to learn electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Understanding and adherence to HIPAA regulations
