What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Supervisor at ECC, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of clinicians, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and excellence. Your work will combine leadership, direct client care, and collaboration to ensure that both clients and clinicians receive the best possible support.
Supervision and Mentorship:
- Provide nurturing and insightful supervision to associate clinicians and therapy interns, empowering them to grow professionally while ensuring ethical and legal standards are upheld.
Client Care:
- Maintain a manageable caseload, offering in-person and telehealth counseling services using a personalized, holistic approach.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work hand-in-hand with ECC’s leadership and team to address clinical concerns and drive organizational growth.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay at the forefront of clinical best practices, therapeutic modalities, and innovative supervision techniques.
What You Bring
- Active Washington State licensure (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).
- At least 2 years of post-independent licensure experience.
- Washington State Approved Supervisor designation (or eligibility).
- A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Expertise in DSM-V or ICD-11 diagnostic standards and evidence-based interventions.
- A deep commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity in practice.
Bonus Points:
- EMDR certification (a plus but not required).
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems like SimplePractice.
