Salary:
- Eastside Counseling Center is a W-2 employer offering a pay range from $44 - $53 an hour
- 5% increase in pay rate for all hours per pay period with 30 or more client hours per week

Required Qualifications:
- Candidates should have WA State clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting - preferred but not required
- Experience with using the DSM-V or ICD-11
- Experiencing working with a diverse client base
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a minimum of 25 client hours per week
- Evaluate clients' mental and emotional conditions through interviews, observations, and assessments
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate care
- Stay current with developments in the field of mental health through continuing education and professional development
- Attend and participate in paid weekly consult and monthly staff meetings

Pay: $43.00 - $52.00 per hour
