What You’ll Do
- Supervise and mentor associate clinicians and therapy interns, guiding them in ethical and effective client care.
- Maintain a caseload of clients, providing in-person and telehealth therapy.
- Oversee treatment planning, case conceptualization, and clinical documentation to ensure best practices.
- Stay informed on emerging therapy techniques and supervision strategies to enhance clinician and client outcomes.
- Collaborate with ECC leadership to refine training programs and clinical processes.
- Foster a supportive, team-oriented environment where clinicians can learn and grow.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Washington State Licensure (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW)
- At least two years of post-licensure experience
- Washington State Approved Supervisor designation (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
- Expertise in DSM-V, treatment planning, and clinical supervision
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and culturally responsive therapy
Preferred Qualifications
- EMDR certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience coaching, supervising, or mentoring clinicians
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHRs), SimplePractice preferred
