What We’re Looking For:
- Active Washington State Licensure as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW (Required).
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in mental health practice (preferred).
- Familiarity with DSM-V or ICD-11 and comfort using EHR systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse populations.
- A commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and confidential care.
Your Role:
- Manage a caseload of 25 client hours weekly, offering tailored therapeutic support.
- Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver ongoing care.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals as part of a holistic care approach.
- Engage in weekly consultations and monthly staff meetings to enhance team collaboration.
Location: Kirkland, WA (Full-Time, Hybrid Schedule)
