What We’re Looking For:

• Active Washington State Licensure as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW (Required).
• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health practice (preferred).
• Familiarity with DSM-V or ICD-11 and comfort using EHR systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse populations.
• A commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and confidential care.

Your Role:

• Manage a caseload of 25 client hours weekly, offering tailored therapeutic support.
• Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals as part of a holistic care approach.
• Engage in weekly consultations and monthly staff meetings to enhance team collaboration.

Location: Kirkland, WA (Full-Time, Hybrid Schedule)
