Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our independent pharmacy. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the pharmacy operations, ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
• Perform medication administration tasks under the supervision of licensed pharmacists.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles to ensure optimal patient care.
• Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and educating patients on medication use.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and pharmacy policies to maintain compliance.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.69 - $17.28 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights

Salary : $16 - $17
