Picker/Packager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately picked, assembled, and packaged for shipment. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and adherence to safety and quality standards, including CGMP and FDA regulations.

Duties

• Efficiently pick orders from designated locations within the warehouse using hand tools and equipment.
• Assemble products according to specifications and prepare them for packaging.
• Operate forklifts and other machinery safely while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
• Package finished products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain an organized work area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Utilize logic controllers for inventory management and tracking purposes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment as necessary.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and using hand tools effectively.
• Ability to assemble products accurately and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to maintaining safety protocols at all times.
