JOB SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the Child Nutrition Supervisor and direction of the Child Nutrition Worker III, will
assist in the preparation and serving of meals and may act as cashier. May participate in the cleaning of the kitchen,
servicing area, food service utensils, equipment, and perform other related work as needed. **SEE JOB DESCRIPTION District Child Nutrition Worker II exam.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Education:
Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.
Experience:
Any combination equivalent to training and experience that could likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities would be qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge, skills and abilities would be: high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of quantity food preparation, service and kitchen maintenance functions in a commercial, institutional or school food service facility.
Within employment offer, must obtain a First Aid Certificate, including CPR training, issued by the American Red Cross.
Salary : $18 - $21
