- Administer medication and monitor resident vitals
- Provide wound care and other duties as directed by the Director of Nursing
- Support and direct nursing assistants
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Previous experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing settings is preferred. The ability to work flexible schedules, including AM and PM shifts, is also required.
