Job Summary :

Working directly with the Head Professional, the 1st Assistant will oversee the management of the day-to-day golf operations. This individual will present as an extension of the Head Golf Professional. The position has a large range of responsibilities that will rely heavily on the individual's professional skillsets.

Requirements

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Satisfy the wants and needs of the Membership - Exceed Expectations!
• Directly responsible for the Junior Golf Program, all major tournaments and events, men's and woman's league play.
• Staff recruiting, hiring, and training
• Directly involved with the merchandise buying plan and management of hard goods.
• Responsible for the Player Development programs and teaching offerings.
• Run entire Golf Operation in absence of Head Professional.
