Maintenance Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our 200 property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance practices. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment and facilities, while also managing a team of maintenance personnel. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining safety standards and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
• Oversee the fabrication and repair of equipment as necessary, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Utilize logic controllers and voltmeters for troubleshooting electrical systems and resolving technical problems.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve overall facility operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a strong background in facilities management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Proficiency in using logic controllers, voltmeters, and other electrical testing equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to fabricate solutions as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across departments.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
