Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Used Car Salesperson to join our team. As a Used Car Salesperson, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the used car buying process. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone and email.
- Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership.
- Qualify customer needs and match them with appropriate vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Negotiate sales prices and finalize sales transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our used car inventory.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
