Overview :

As our Chief Marketing Officer, you'll lead all aspects of marketing, branding, and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with our rapid North American growth. You'll drive innovation, elevate our brand, and foster connections with our audience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and address areas of misaligned brand identity, implementing realignment strategies to ensure long-term consistency; rebrand where necessary.
  • Strategically oversee all content and brand messaging to maintain alignment with the company’s goals and vision.
  • Ideate and guide the creation of organic, viral content to drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with influencers that align with the brand’s ethos and audience.
  • Plan, create, and execute impactful campaigns for bi-weekly new collection launches, driving excitement and sales.
  • Ensure clear, effective, and consistent communication with customers across all business touchpoints to enhance brand loyalty and trust.

Objectives :

  • Provide leadership and support to the marketing team, helping each member achieve their individual goals while contributing to overall success.
  • Lead and manage the paid media team to consistently achieve target Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Leverage social media channels to drive organic growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop and execute clear, targeted marketing strategies to nurture and retain recurring customers, fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Successfully launch biweekly collections with innovative campaigns, strategic marketing partnerships, and collaborations to generate excitement and drive sales.
  • Ensure consistent and clear communication of brand identity across all platforms, including social media, website, email, SMS, and other customer touchpoints.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources across all initiatives.
  • Qualifications :

  • 7 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership and management roles within high-growth companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working cross-functionally with other teams.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing innovative marketing campaigns for new product launches, particularly in a fast-paced retail or fashion environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets to maximize resource allocation and campaign success.
  • Expertise in leveraging social media platforms to drive organic growth and increase brand visibility.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing paid media campaigns with a strong track record of achieving target Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Strong background in developing and executing customer loyalty programs, with a focus on nurturing recurring customers and driving long-term retention.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and guide team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of brand identity communication and the ability to ensure consistent messaging across multiple channels, including social media, website, email, SMS, and more.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to ideate and execute campaigns that align with company goals and drive measurable results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • The base salary for this position ranges between $150,000-180,000 with corporate benefits. The range and benefits are determined on a range of factors including but not limited to experience, location, results and performance.
