Overview :
As our Chief Marketing Officer, you'll lead all aspects of marketing, branding, and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with our rapid North American growth. You'll drive innovation, elevate our brand, and foster connections with our audience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and address areas of misaligned brand identity, implementing realignment strategies to ensure long-term consistency; rebrand where necessary.
- Strategically oversee all content and brand messaging to maintain alignment with the company’s goals and vision.
- Ideate and guide the creation of organic, viral content to drive brand growth and engagement.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with influencers that align with the brand’s ethos and audience.
- Plan, create, and execute impactful campaigns for bi-weekly new collection launches, driving excitement and sales.
- Ensure clear, effective, and consistent communication with customers across all business touchpoints to enhance brand loyalty and trust.

The base salary for this position ranges between $150,000-180,000 with corporate benefits. The range and benefits are determined on a range of factors including but not limited to experience, location, results and performance.
