Responsibilities :
Outbound Lead Management
- Conduct outbound calls from provided targeted niche lists
- Determine whether the seller is a good candidate for a cash offer sale of their property
- Schedule appointments for the Home Buying Specialist
- Follow-up with leads as needed
- Manage call lists and update the CRM system daily
- Responsible for accurate lead and activity reporting using a KPI spreadsheet
