Real Estate Lead Manager Graduate Program
Have you always been interested in Real Estate and are looking to get your foot in the door? We're looking for a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a drive to succeed at lives right here in the Fox Valley.
You'll be responsible for calling / texting / emailing provided leads, engaging in quality two-way conversations to determine if the prospect is motivated to sell their property, creating a pipeline of follow-up contacts, and setting appointments for our Home Buying Specialist to visit and inspect the properties.
This position starts at $45,000-$60,000 depending on your experience. A successful candidate will have the ability to grow and graduate into a Home Buying Specialist position which has income potentials of $80K-$150K . We also offer a Health Reimbursement Account and Retirement program package.

Responsibilities
Outbound Lead Management
- Conduct outbound calls from provided targeted niche lists
- Determine whether the seller is a good candidate for a cash offer sale of their property
- Schedule appointments for the Home Buying Specialist
- Follow-up with leads as needed
- Manage call lists and update the CRM system daily
- Responsible for accurate lead and activity reporting using a KPI spreadsheet
