Key Responsibilities:
- Administer dialysis treatments to patients in accordance with established protocols and patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure proper care and understanding of the dialysis process.
- Document patient information accurately in medical records and update treatment plans as needed.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of dialysis equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current, valid Florida state licensure.
- Previous peritoneal dialysis experience is REQUIRED
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic, with excellent communication skills.
- Must be available to work the night shift (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
