Job Overview
We are seeking a social media marketing person for a fast growing manufactured home dealer with three locations in Florida. This is a real, full time job for a motivated social media marketer. You must have experience in online marketing, sales, and understand best practices for taking pics and video of homes. You should be motivated by a desire to constantly improve.
Duties
- Creating new and exciting posts for company social media accounts weekly
- Maintaining current pics and info for all inventory homes, special sale homes, etc.
- Taking good quality pics and video
- Regularly evaluate our social media sites and work to improve them
- Manage online ad campaigns and tweak to improve their performance
- Graphic design experience and understanding
Requirements
- Must have proven experience and ability with online marketing
- Must demonstrate a good understanding of how social media works
- A clean driving record is required as you will have to travel between our three locations on a regular basis and you may be asked to drive a company vehicle.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $900.00 per week
