On-Site Manager/Project Leader
Easy Recycling is seeking an experienced On-Site Manager to oversee our metal recycling service projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and take full control of field operations, ensuring projects run smoothly, on schedule, and within budget. The On-Site Manager will push the project team, coordinate trucking, and manage all aspects of the site efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day field operations for metal recycling projects
- Maintain project schedules to ensure timely project completion
- Push the project team to meet deadlines and achieve project goals
- Coordinate trucking and logistics to optimize operations
- Manage and work with a diverse team of workers across various disciplines and skillsets
- Build a cohesive and capable team through effective leadership and communication
- Ensure all operations comply with legal and company standards
- Fill out appropriate paperwork for the job sites
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an On-Site Manager or similar role in a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Willing to travel
- Valid driver’s license
- Candidate must abide by a drug-free workplace policy and are subject to testing
