Easy Signs is an internet-based (easysigns.com), new age signage manufacturing company with a strong focus on technology. It is Australia’s leading online signage and manufacturing company and has expanded to the US. With industry-leading turnaround times and 98% of jobs being produced in-house we are growing quickly!
We are seeking a Innovations Associate to join our team who is passionate about driving innovation and working in a 3D environment. You will play a key role in bringing ideas and products to life, improving processes, and creating best practice SOPs. You will work autonomously with guidance from the Management Team and assistance from our Production Team to launch new products, troubleshoot machines and product-related issues and document procedures.

In any given day you will be responsible for:
- Research and development of new products
- Attend to and provide solutions to product related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions for various challenges
- Fabricate and implement strategies to optimize pricing and inventory control
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Collating and analyzing data accurately to provide reports and key insights on current projects and future developments.
- Thorough documentation of all research, testing, troubleshooting and development.
- Creating formal Training Documentation for Products and Processes.
- Support the innovation team in identifying new opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
