Customer Service Representative (charleston)

Easy Stones is a supplier of granite and quartz slab and we are looking for a customer service representative to perform daily office duties and customer support.
Job duties include:
Answering Inbound Phone Calls: Transferring calls to other employees, taking messages when other employees are not available.
Ability to take reliable messages and reply accurate details.
Making Outbound Phone Calls: You will be trained on calling customer on a recurring basis and asking if they have an needs of future orders they would like to place.
General Light Cleaning: You will be expected to keep the showroom and office clean.
Samples: You will be expected to organize samples and be training on labeling & building sample sets together for sales staff.
Uploading Slab Photos: You will be trained to take photos of all of our inventory and will responsible for uploading them into the system so they show on the website.
Slab Signs: You will be trained on producing colors/name labels for slabs with material name and information.
Homeowners: You will be trained to walk with the home owners while they view the inventory, hold slabs in system and physically if needed.
If you have experience with slab sales, slab showrooms or any other building products, your experience will be a plus and your starting wage will be adjusted depending on the experience.
Must have a good understanding of computers and Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe PDF.
