Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage inventory by tracking supplies, ordering stock, and ensuring proper storage of all items.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries.
• Handle cash register transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and processing payments.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
• Assist with banquet services as needed, including setting up bars for events and serving drinks during functions.

Skills

• Proficiency in bartending techniques and knowledge of various drink recipes.
• Experience in the food industry with a strong understanding of food handling practices.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math for accurate transaction processing.
• Basic math skills to manage drink recipes and inventory calculations effectively.
• Knowledge of brewing processes is a plus for those interested in craft beverages.
• Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
