Experience
- Previous customer service experience required.
- 1-2 years of industry experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in challenging weather conditions throughout the year.
- Ability to bend over and kneel frequently, lift loads more than 50lbs, and stand or walk for significant lengths of time.
- Strong customer communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret chemical labels and rate charts.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred.
- Currently possess Minnesota Pesticide Applicator License
