District Manager- Account Manager
We are GROWING and are looking to hire a District Manager / Account Manager to come join our team. If you are a proven, results-oriented professional that has been in the automobile industry and has outstanding salesmanship then this is the company for you. Responsibilities include:
- Be able to manage and grow existing client relationships and take them to the next level
- Be able to sell themselves as well as our products and services to new potential clients
- Be able to train and develop all mgmt. positions inside of an automobile dealership
- Be able to adapt on the fly to ever changing circumstances
- Be able to “cold call” effectively and follow up until the sale is made. Salesmanship is a must, no order takers needed!
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Have multiple years in the auto industry in a management position. Preferable someone that has had job titles to include General Manager, General Sales Manager, F&I Director or Manager, Sales Manager, Automotive or lender District Manager, Automotive or lender Account manager
- Have a knowledge of “Digital Retailing” and able to teach others how to be successful in this area
- Understanding of automotive reinsurance and dealer participation programs
