Automotive F&I / BDC Internet Sales Associate

Do you have what it takes to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment? If so, the rewards can be outstanding! Our organization is currently seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Business Manager to focus on F&I production through internet sales for both new and used vehicles. This candidate will be a leader with enhanced communication skills that can expand business through lender relations, increased production by means of product sales and who is passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service to each customer.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Monitor and respond to all Internet leads to generate revenue thorough the sale of F&I products
- Possesses a strong phone and computer communication skillset
- Generate finance income on all sold customers via the sale of VSC, GAP, aftermarket, and maintenance contracts
- Remain up to date on products, market trends and certifications
- Check / verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, and outside finance loan transactions
- Contract or collect all money at closing to secure each deal
- Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
- Maintain a working knowledge of leases
- Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
- Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
- Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.
- Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI), Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
- Possess an in depth understanding of current compliance requires of OFAC, Red Flag, and Risk Based Pricing
- Understand and follow implemented dealership processes
